Job Overview
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality home physiotherapy services to patients across Abu Dhabi. The role involves conducting patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in home care physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary patient management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in patients’ homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapy for a wide range of conditions including pediatric, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological disorders
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercise techniques, rehabilitation practices, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and clinical best practices
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care with a focus on comfort, safety, and satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Valid DOH/DHA License or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi
- Proven experience in home healthcare physiotherapy is an added advantage
- Strong clinical expertise in handling pediatric, orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal cases
- Ability to travel across Abu Dhabi for home visit physiotherapy sessions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills
