Job Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments to identify patients’ physical, functional, and mobility-related needs.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient assessment and clinical requirements.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, positioning, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
- Assist patients with transfers, mobility, functional activities, and rehabilitation exercises.
- Monitor patients’ progress and modify treatment plans based on their clinical response.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment interventions, progress, and rehabilitation plans.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and caregivers about prescribed exercises, mobility techniques, rehabilitation programs, and safe practices.
- Participate in patient discharge planning and provide appropriate rehabilitation recommendations.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, clinical quality, and healthcare facility policies.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable healthcare regulations and procedures.
- Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate and person-centered care.
- Participate in relevant community engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives when required.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- 0–5 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
- Experience in an inpatient or hospital environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy assessment, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and mobility techniques.
- Good clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
