ABA Therapists wanted in Dubai for Childrens Training and Development to join our team for the upcoming Academic Year 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an ABA Therapist, Behavior Therapist, or Applied Behavior Analysis professional who is passionate about supporting children’s learning, communication, social development, and positive behavior.
The successful candidates will provide structured, child-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and support individualized intervention programs under the direction of qualified supervising professionals. The role involves implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies, monitoring progress, collecting therapy data, and working closely with therapists, educators, and families to support each child’s developmental and behavioral goals.

- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions under the guidance and supervision of qualified behavioral and clinical professionals.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, and treatment goals according to each child’s needs.
- Apply evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to support communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, learning, and positive behavioral development.
- Assist children in developing functional communication, social interaction, self-help, daily living, and school-readiness skills.
- Use positive reinforcement, prompting, modeling, shaping, task analysis, and other approved ABA strategies as directed by the supervising team.
- Collect accurate and timely data on target behaviors, skill acquisition, therapy outcomes, and session performance.
- Record daily therapy notes and maintain clear, confidential, and accurate documentation.
- Monitor children’s progress and communicate relevant observations, challenges, and achievements to the supervising therapist or clinical team.
- Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans and behavioral goals consistently across therapy and educational environments.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), behavior specialists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, teachers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team where applicable.
- Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, teachers, and colleagues while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Help create a safe, structured, encouraging, and inclusive environment that promotes children’s independence and participation.
- Follow organizational policies, safeguarding procedures, ethical standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
- Maintain professional records and ensure therapy materials and work areas are organized and ready for sessions.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across different locations in Dubai when required by operational needs.
- Participate in training, supervision, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
Requirements – ABA Therapist
- ABAT or IBT Certification – Required.
- CDA License – Preferred.
- Valid UAE residence visa – Required.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy, behavior therapy, early intervention, special education, child development, or a related setting is preferred.
- Practical understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, positive behavior support, behavior intervention, and skill acquisition.
- Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and implement structured therapy programs consistently.
- Ability to collect behavioral data accurately and maintain clear session documentation.
- Strong observation, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working directly with children who may have different developmental, behavioral, communication, and learning needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary therapy and education team.
- Willingness to receive supervision, feedback, and ongoing professional training.
- Flexible and willing to work across multiple locations in Dubai, UAE, when required.
- Strong commitment to child safeguarding, confidentiality, professional ethics, and high-quality therapy support.
