Job Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence & Patient Care
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one physiotherapy treatments with professionalism and adherence to clinical standards
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in line with healthcare regulations
- Build strong therapist-patient relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term patient retention
- Provide sports massage therapy as part of recovery, injury prevention, and rehabilitation plans.
Business Development & Patient Growth
- Actively participate in clinic business development activities during non-clinical hours
- Build relationships within the local community to increase patient referrals and engagement
- Support initiatives to grow the clinic’s patient base and brand presence in Dubai
Marketing & Content Contribution
- Contribute to the clinic’s digital marketing and content strategy to enhance visibility
- Create and submit monthly physiotherapy blogs focused on health, recovery, and wellness
- Participate in social media content creation, including educational and promotional videos
- Share case studies, patient success stories, and physiotherapy tips
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen both personal branding and clinic reputation
Team Collaboration & Regulatory Compliance
- Work closely with physiotherapists, support staff, and management to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure strict compliance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations and healthcare standards
- Maintain readiness for clinic inspections and audits
- Support and mentor junior team members when required, fostering a collaborative work environment
Job Qualifications – Fresher Physiotherapist
- Fresher physiotherapists are encouraged to apply (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or related healthcare field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to clinic development
- Comfortable performing hands-on physiotherapy techniques, including sports massage
