Key Responsibilities – Physiotherapist

As a Remote Physiotherapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive online physiotherapy assessments to identify pain sources, mobility restrictions, musculoskeletal conditions, and functional impairments.
• Evaluate patient history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and rehabilitation goals through virtual consultations.
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to each patient’s medical condition and recovery objectives.
• Provide evidence-based rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, sports injury, and post-operative recovery cases.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching routines, strengthening programs, mobility drills, and corrective movement techniques via virtual sessions.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans based on recovery outcomes and clinical observations.

• Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomic practices, injury prevention, pain management, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Support patients with chronic pain management, mobility enhancement, functional rehabilitation, and physical performance improvement.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, treatment notes, assessment findings, and progress reports within the digital platform.
• Ensure compliance with professional physiotherapy standards, patient confidentiality requirements, and telehealth regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and internal care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical ethics and professionalism.
• Utilize digital healthcare technologies effectively to improve patient engagement and treatment adherence.

Job Qualifications

To be considered for this Physiotherapist job in UAE, candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution.
• Valid physiotherapy qualification recognized by relevant healthcare authorities.
• Clinical experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports therapy, orthopedic physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal treatment.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, exercise prescription, rehabilitation protocols, and therapeutic interventions.
• Experience conducting patient assessments, treatment planning, and outcome-based rehabilitation programs.

• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to explain complex treatment procedures in a clear and understandable manner.
