A leading ASD Clinic in Dubai is seeking a Children ABA Therapist (RBT/IBT/ABAT) to join its growing multidisciplinary team. The clinic specialises in providing evidence-based therapies and intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, learning difficulties, speech and behavioral challenges, and special educational needs.

The successful candidate will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions, implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and work closely with Behavioral Analysts, therapists, educators, and families to support children in improving communication, social, behavioral, academic, and daily living skills.

Job Responsibilities
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delays, and learning difficulties.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs designed by the Behavioral Analyst or BCBA.
- Apply evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to improve communication, attention, social interaction, emotional regulation, adaptive behavior, and functional skills.
Behavioral Intervention & Skill Development
- Utilize ABA therapy methodologies including:
- Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT)
- Task Analysis
- Prompt Fading
- Reinforcement Strategies
- Behavior Reduction Techniques
- Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
- Functional Communication Training (FCT)
- Support children in developing:
- Communication and language skills
- Social and play skills
- Academic readiness
- Self-help and daily living skills
- Positive behavioral responses
Data Collection & Documentation
- Maintain detailed session notes, therapy records, progress reports, and behavioral data accurately.
- Monitor child progress and report outcomes to the Behavioral Analyst and clinical team.
- Ensure all documentation complies with clinic standards and confidentiality requirements.
Collaboration with Families & Clinical Team
- Work collaboratively with Behavioral Analysts, therapists, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent implementation of therapy goals.
- Provide feedback and updates to parents regarding child progress and behavioral strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional training sessions.
Professional & Clinical Responsibilities
- Follow ethical ABA therapy practices and maintain professional standards at all times.
- Ensure child safety, emotional well-being, and positive therapeutic engagement during sessions.
- Support the clinic’s mission, vision, and child-centered therapeutic approach.
Job Qualifications
- Certification as one of the following is preferred:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- International Behavior Therapist (IBT)
- Accredited Behavior Analyst Technician (ABAT)
- Certification must be from a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) accredited program or recognized equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Psychology
- Education
- Special Education
- Child Development
- Behavioral Science
- Or related field
ABA Therapist Dubai -Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or behavioral therapy preferred
- Experience working with children with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Developmental delays
- Learning difficulties
- Behavioral challenges
- ADHD
- Special needs
- Hands-on experience in implementing ABA intervention techniques and behavior management strategies is highly desirable.
