A reputed healthcare recruiter in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking Physiotherapist – Musculoskeletal (MSK) to join its clinical team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized rehabilitation programs, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.

This is a senior-level opportunity suitable for a qualified physiotherapist with approximately 3–5 years of recent clinical experience, a relevant physiotherapy degree, professional registration/licensure, and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities – Physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports-related, and movement disorders.
  • Evaluate pain, mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and functional limitations.
  • Develop individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans based on clinical assessment and patient needs.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatment for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans according to clinical outcomes.
  • Educate patients on exercises, posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
  • Prescribe and demonstrate appropriate therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs.
  • Apply appropriate manual therapy and other physiotherapy techniques within the scope of professional practice.
  • Support patients in improving mobility, strength, physical function, and quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, treatment records, assessment findings, and progress notes.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, professional ethics, confidentiality, and clinical practice.

Qualifications – Physiotherapist

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy is required/preferred according to the recruitment criteria.
  • Valid professional physiotherapy license or registration from the candidate’s home country and/or country of last employment.
  • Good Standing Certificate/status where applicable.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of recent relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.
  • Strong patient assessment, clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
