Relieve Advanced Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Centre is seeking a Female Physiotherapist to join growing healthcare team in Fujairah, UAE. Female Physiotherapist for a dedicated rehabilitation professional with expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, injury rehabilitation, and Clinical Pilates (Mat/Reformer) to deliver exceptional patient care and support our commitment to clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to evaluate patient conditions, movement limitations, functional deficits, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.
- Lead Clinical Pilates sessions (Mat and Reformer) tailored for injury rehabilitation, postural correction, mobility enhancement, and athletic performance improvement.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress using measurable clinical outcomes and treatment benchmarks.
- Modify rehabilitation programs based on patient response, recovery progression, and functional improvements.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, orthopedic specialists, sports therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.
- Support the continuous improvement, reputation, and clinical excellence of the Relieve brand through patient-centered care and professional conduct.
- Contribute to the clinic’s growth by promoting high-quality rehabilitation services and enhancing patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid Physiotherapy License / Registration eligible to practice in the UAE.
- Proven experience as a licensed Physiotherapist in orthopedic, sports injury, rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal settings.
- Certification and practical experience in Clinical Pilates (Mat and Reformer) is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in rehabilitation protocols, musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and exercise therapy.
- Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
- Strong documentation and clinical reporting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
