Hiring a dedicated and experienced Assistant Pharmacist to join our growing healthcare team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified female pharmacy professional with strong experience in UAE pharmacy operations, insurance claim processing, and customer care. Candidates must be fluent in both Arabic and English and possess a valid UAE Assistant Pharmacist license.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting pharmacy operations, handling insurance claims, assisting patients, and ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the licensed pharmacist in accurately dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Review prescriptions and verify patient details before processing
- Handle insurance eligibility checks and medication coverage verification
- Prepare, submit, track, and resubmit medical insurance claims efficiently
- Work with UAE healthcare claim systems such as eClaim, DHPO, Riayati, and insurer portals
- Ensure compliance with UAE pharmacy laws, DHA, MOH, and DOH regulations
- Maintain proper pharmacy inventory records and stock management
- Support daily pharmacy operations and administrative activities
- Provide professional customer service and patient counseling regarding medication usage
- Coordinate with insurance providers for approvals and claim clarifications
- Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality of patient information
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization within the pharmacy
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy or related pharmaceutical qualification
- Valid UAE Assistant Pharmacist License (DHA / MOH / DOH – active or transferable)
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of UAE medical insurance procedures and claim management
- Hands-on experience with insurance claim submission and resubmission processes
- Familiarity with eClaim, DHPO, Riayati, and insurance provider portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong patient counseling and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Good knowledge of pharmacy inventory management and healthcare compliance standards
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Knowledge of Hindi and Urdu will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
