Fresher Pharmacist wanted for a healthcare Group in Sharjah and Ajman, UAE. Pharmacist and will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring pharmaceutical compliance, maintaining patient safety standards, and supporting healthcare services in line with UAE regulations. This role offers exposure to community pharmacy operations, inventory control, and healthcare compliance systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately as per MOH UAE regulations
- Provide patient counseling on drug usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, healthcare regulations, and medication safety standards
- Maintain proper inventory management, stock control, and expiry tracking
- Handle OTC product recommendations and healthcare advisory services
- Monitor controlled drugs and narcotics documentation as per UAE laws
- Support health screening services and preventive healthcare initiatives
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records, billing systems, and insurance claims processing
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance, hygiene, and infection control standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Valid MOH License or Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, and drug safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- UAE experience is an added advantage
Pharmacy License Requirement
- Must hold a valid MOH Pharmacist License / MOH Evaluation Certificate
- Average salary for fresher pharmacists in UAE: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000/month
- Experienced pharmacists can earn up to AED 8,000+ with incentives
