ABA Therapist wanted for a for a Child Rehabilitation Center in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about working with children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDDs) and delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid CDA license and have extensive hands-on clinical experience in pediatric rehabilitation settings within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and developmental delays
- Develop and implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans based on each child’s needs
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques to improve communication, social, and behavioral skills
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists
- Provide parent training and guidance to support continuity of care at home
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress reports in line with regulatory standards
- Apply and interpret diagnostic and assessment tools to support therapy planning (preferred skill)
- Ensure compliance with Dubai healthcare regulations and CDA guidelines
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous professional development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Valid CDA (Community Development Authority) License or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai
- 5–10 years of clinical experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs)
- Strong expertise in ABA therapy techniques and behavioral intervention strategies
- Experience using diagnostic and assessment tools is highly preferred
- Previous experience in child rehabilitation centers, hospitals, or clinical settings (private sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with Tagalog language skills will be given preference
- Strong understanding of child development, behavior management, and therapy planning
