Job Responsibilities

Patient Assessment and Treatment

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including physical examination, posture analysis, and functional movement evaluation
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, clinical findings, and recovery goals
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation programs
• Manage cases involving sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, and mobility limitations

Platform and Client Management

• Utilize the JFit Connect platform to manage bookings, schedules, and client interactions
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports
• Provide follow-up consultations and monitor patient progress to ensure effective outcomes

Client Relationship and Professional Growth

• Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on long-term health and wellness outcomes
• Enhance professional visibility and reputation through consistent service quality and client satisfaction
• Actively engage with the platform to expand your client base and professional network

Compliance and Best Practices

• Ensure all services comply with UAE healthcare regulations and ethical standards
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and clinical best practices
• Stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation practices

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master’s Degree (MPT)
• Valid DHA, DOH, or MOH license, or eligibility to practice in the UAE
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant clinical experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation
• Experience in sports rehabilitation, orthopedic physiotherapy, or home healthcare is preferred
• Prior experience working in freelance roles or digital healthcare platforms is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
