The Part-Time Physiotherapist will provide professional physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to patients in their homes across Ajman and nearby areas. The role involves conducting patient assessments, creating customized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in home care physiotherapy, rehabilitation therapy, geriatric physiotherapy, post-surgical recovery, and musculoskeletal treatment.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and functional evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy sessions at patients’ homes, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management techniques.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, progress notes, and treatment reports in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies.
Job Qualifications
- Valid UAE MOH / MOHAP License (Mandatory or Preferable as per eligibility).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in clinical physiotherapy or home healthcare physiotherapy preferred.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and evidence-based treatment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage (for home visits).
