Zoho Specialist in Dubai wanted to design, customize, and optimize Zoho-based solutions that support modern legal operations and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects, along with experience in automation, AI integration, and enterprise-level system development.

Responsibilities – Zoho Developer
Zoho CRM, Books & Projects Customization
- Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects to align with legal workflow requirements.
- Develop custom modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation rules to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build advanced dashboards, analytics reports, and KPI tracking systems for legal and business teams.
- Design and implement scalable CRM architecture tailored to legal case management and client operations.
Automation, API Integration & System Development
- Develop and manage APIs and third-party integrations between Zoho and external systems.
- Implement workflow automation to reduce manual tasks and improve process accuracy.
- Integrate Zoho with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI, and other machine learning tools.
- Build intelligent automation solutions including triggers, bots, and workflow agents.
Data Migration & Quality Assurance
- Lead end-to-end data migration projects, including:
- Data mapping and transformation
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Data cleansing and validation
- Data reconciliation and quality assurance
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all Zoho systems.
- Manage large-scale data imports from legacy systems into Zoho platforms.
AI-Powered Legal Tech Solutions
- Develop and deploy AI-driven legal automation tools, including:
- Client intake chatbots
- Document analysis and summarization tools
- Legal research assistants
- Contract review automation systems
- AI-based workflow agents for legal operations
- Enhance business processes using generative AI and machine learning integrations.
System Administration & Security Management
- Oversee Zoho system administration, including user roles, permissions, and access control.
- Ensure strong data security, confidentiality, and compliance with legal industry standards.
- Manage system backups, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain system reliability, uptime, and operational continuity.
Documentation, Training & Business Support
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, system guides, and process manuals.
- Conduct user training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing technical support and system optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to identify digital improvement opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects development and customization.
- Proven experience in API integrations, database design, reporting, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end data migration projects.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, chatbots, and workflow automation systems.
- Strong understanding of legal operations, compliance requirements, and confidentiality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Zoho certifications (CRM, Books, Projects, or Zoho Developer certification preferred).
- Experience working with legal tech platforms, document management systems, or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Exposure to legal AI applications, compliance frameworks, and enterprise automation tools.
