Early Intervention Centre in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to provide evidence-based pediatric therapy services and advancing their careers in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Pediatric Speech Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in paediatric settings. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, communication, and developmental disorders. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on clinical needs
- Provide evidence-based interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Prepare detailed assessment reports and track patient progress
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Apply structured therapy approaches such as Makaton, PECS®, PROMPT©, SCERTS®, and TEACCH®
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards in the UAE
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience (mandatory) with verifiable reference letters
- Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License or eligibility to obtain one
- UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience with internationally recognized therapy systems is an added advantage
