Paediatric Physiotherapist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver advanced physiotherapy care for infants, children, and adolescents across both outpatient and inpatient settings.
This role focuses on managing a diverse pediatric caseload, including musculoskeletal disorders, neurological conditions, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, while ensuring the highest standards of evidence-based pediatric physiotherapy practice.
As a senior member of the team, you will also play a key role in clinical leadership, mentoring junior physiotherapists, and enhancing patient-centered care outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with complex medical conditions
- Deliver specialized interventions in pediatric musculoskeletal, neurological, neonatal, and respiratory physiotherapy
- Manage treatment programs in both hospital inpatient units and outpatient rehabilitation clinics
- Monitor patient progress, adjust therapy plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Lead and coordinate physiotherapy services to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal patient experience.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and training to junior physiotherapists and support staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and international physiotherapy standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and risk management programs
- Support departmental goals related to patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical excellence
Job Qualiifcations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Additional postgraduate training in Pediatric Physiotherapy is highly preferred
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the UAE (DHA / MOH / DOH)
- Minimum 4+ years of post-graduate experience as a Physiotherapist
- Proven experience in paediatric physiotherapy within a hospital or outpatient setting
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Pediatric and neonatal care
- Neurological rehabilitation (e.g., cerebral palsy, developmental delays)
- Pediatric musculoskeletal conditions
- Respiratory and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy
- Prior experience in a senior or supervisory role is highly desirable
Key Skills & Competencies

- In-depth understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); Arabic is an advantage
