A leading hospitality and catering operation in the Dubai, UAE, is hiring experienced Food Safety Officers to strengthen its food safety and compliance team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with expertise in food hygiene, HACCP implementation, HSE compliance, and hospitality operations.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP procedures, and hygiene regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, food preparation areas, storage facilities, and catering operations
- Implement and maintain effective Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
- Ensure compliance with local UAE food safety laws and company policies
- Perform food safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective action follow-ups
- Monitor staff hygiene practices, sanitation procedures, and temperature control records
- Conduct food safety awareness training for operational teams and kitchen staff
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to food safety inspections and compliance reports
- Coordinate with management and operational teams to improve overall food safety performance
- Support compliance requirements for high-profile projects and client standards, including ADNOC-related operations
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food Safety, Food Technology, Environmental Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, catering, or food service operations
- Valid NEBOSH IGC Certification
- Certified in Food Safety Level 4
- Certified in HACCP Level 3
- Strong understanding of food hygiene regulations, GMP, and HACCP systems
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in large-scale catering or hospitality projects
- ADNOC-approved candidates will have a strong advantage
- Experience handling food safety audits and compliance inspections
- Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred
