Clinical Medical Lab Technologist MLT Freshers wanted for a leading clinic in Dubai to support daily clinical laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates in Medical Laboratory Science or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to start a career in the UAE healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will assist in routine laboratory testing, sample collection, and quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with DHA regulations, laboratory safety standards, and infection control protocols.A valid DHA license is mandatory for this role.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working Hours: 6 Days a Week | 9 Hours per Day
Experience Level: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Language Requirements: English (Mandatory), Arabic (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting routine clinical laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology analysis under supervision.
- Perform sample collection, labeling, and processing of patient specimens such as blood, urine, and stool following standardized procedures.
- Ensure proper sample handling, storage, transportation, and documentation in compliance with laboratory protocols.
- Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, analyzers, and microscopes.
- Follow strict laboratory safety guidelines, infection control measures, and biosafety standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and assist in data entry using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Support senior laboratory technologists in quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure reliable test results.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory management within the laboratory environment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection in line with healthcare regulations.
Job Qaulifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or related field
- Valid DHA License (Mandatory for practice in Dubai healthcare facilities)
- 0–2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic laboratory (fresh graduates can apply)
- Basic knowledge of clinical lab procedures, pathology testing, and laboratory safety protocols
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in lab testing
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervisor instructions precisely.
