CDA Licensed ABA Therapist wanted at a leading Child Development Centre in Dubai on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will work closely with children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges by implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
- Implement evidence-based ABA intervention strategies to improve behavioral, communication, social, and adaptive functioning
- Accurately collect, record, and maintain behavioral and session data to monitor client progress
- Teach and reinforce new skills using structured ABA methodologies and positive reinforcement techniques
- Implement behavior management and behavior reduction strategies while encouraging positive alternative behaviors
- Support clients in developing communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and independent living skills
- Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in therapy implementation
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with ABA best practices and UAE regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development, training sessions, workshops, and team meetings
- Ensure therapy programs are consistently implemented across home, school, and community settings when required
Qualifications
- UAE-attested Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Education, Social Work, or a related field
- ABA Certification or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Certification is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with individuals with developmental needs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Requirements
- Own valid UAE visa is mandatory
- Candidate must be available to join immediately
- CDA License is preferred
- Flexible to work on a part-time schedule
