Key Responsibilities (Based on Role)
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including food service, staff coordination, and hygiene compliance
- Maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and presentation in line with UAE regulations
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and feedback professionally
- Support kitchen and service teams in maintaining efficiency during peak hours
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and safety procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry (restaurant, café, bakery, or hotel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service excellence is an advantage
