Job Requirements
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced upper casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) hospitality projects
- Proven background in upper casual dining restaurants
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction at all times
- Supervise and train staff to maintain hospitality excellence
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
- Support inventory control, cost management, and staff schedulingMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
