A healthcare organization in the Sharjah is seeking a Physiotherapist to join its healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized physiotherapy treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient recovery and mobility.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and diagnose patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patients’ medical conditions, functional needs, and treatment goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and physical function.
- Apply appropriate manual therapy techniques and electrotherapy modalities as part of patient treatment plans.
- Educate patients on proper posture, body mechanics, therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and evaluate treatment outcomes regularly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, assessments, and progress reports.
- Modify physiotherapy treatment plans according to patient response and clinical progress.
- Work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support integrated patient care.
- Establish professional and positive therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Follow healthcare facility policies, professional standards, and applicable clinical procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE physiotherapy experience is required.
- Valid SHA (Sharjah Health Authority) license is mandatory.
- Candidates must have a valid independent visa.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles, rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic exercises, and body mechanics.
- Good understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and patient rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to different patient requirements.
- Strong patient-care and documentation skills.

- Salary: AED 5,000 per month
