Hiring a Customer Service Call Center Agent (Philippines Nationality Preferred) at Sharjah . To join a fast-paced, 24/7 contact center operation in Sharjah. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in call center operations, reservations management, and client support services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, email and chat support, assisting customers with bookings, inquiries, and after-sales service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple service channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat queries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Manage customer reservations, including local and international bookings, partner platforms, and service requests
  • Assist clients with car rental bookings, roadside assistance, leasing inquiries, and sales support
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution before involving supervisors
  • Support Contact Center Supervisors in achieving KPIs, SLAs, and service quality targets
  • Maintain and update daily productivity reports, CRM systems, and performance trackers
  • Coordinate lead management and follow-ups across Retail, Personal Lease, and Corporate Lease divisions
  • Stay updated with company policies, hire agreements, pricing, and partner platforms
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, system testing, and service enhancements
  • Ensure flexibility to work in shift-based schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and service delivery standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or reservations role
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional and customer-friendly approach
  • Proven ability in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and complaint handling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Excellent data entry accuracy, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment
  • Familiarity with car rental services, travel bookings, or leasing operations is an added advantage
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules
