Key Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapist in Dubai, you will play a vital role in patient rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility improvement. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, movement limitations, injuries, and functional abilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, goals, and medical history
  • Applying physiotherapy techniques, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, posture, and overall function
  • Providing pain management and rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-injury conditions.
  • Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans, and documenting outcomes effectively
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
  • Educating patients on home exercise programs, posture correction, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications
  • Ensuring strict adherence to ethical, legal, and professional standards in physiotherapy practice
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic treatment environment at all times
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals when required to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participating in continuous professional development (CPD) to stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices

Qualifications

  • DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or rehabilitation center in Dubai or UAE is an advantage.
