Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties across Dubai
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options aligned with their investment goals
  • Guide clients through the entire property buying process, from initial inquiry to final handover
  • Coordinate closely with developers, brokers, legal teams, and internal sales support to ensure smooth transactions
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings for clients
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contract terms to close successful deals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, off-plan launches, RERA regulations, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain accurate client records, leads, and sales reports using CRM systems

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in off-plan property sales in Dubai
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, off-plan projects, and leading developers
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team
  • Target-driven mindset with strong closing abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
