Inclusion Institute is seeking a Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary therapy team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric speech therapy, language development intervention, and working with children with developmental, communication, and learning challenges.

This role is ideal for a licensed therapist passionate about helping children improve communication, speech clarity, social interaction, and overall language development in an inclusive educational and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children with communication, speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders
- Develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans based on assessment findings and developmental goals
- Provide one-on-one and group speech and language therapy sessions for pediatric clients
- Diagnose and treat speech disorders including articulation, phonological, receptive/expressive language delays, stuttering, and pragmatic language difficulties
- Support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and special educational needs
- Monitor therapy progress and modify intervention strategies as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and parents to ensure integrated care plans
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress notes, assessment reports, and case records
- Educate parents and caregivers on home-based speech and language support strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student review sessions
- Ensure all therapy practices comply with MOH/SHA regulations and clinical standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP) from a recognized university
- MOE Equivalency Certificate – Mandatory
- Valid MOH License or SHA License required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in pediatric speech and language therapy
- Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones
- Experience working with children with special needs and developmental disorders preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging, child-centered therapy sessions
- Strong teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
