Pharmacy Technologist or Pharmacist wanted in Dubai for a leading retail Pharmaceutical Industry to support its expanding operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with strong pharmaceutical knowledge, regulatory understanding, and documentation skills, including fresh graduates looking to start their careers in the UAE pharmaceutical sector.

Pharmacy Technologist –Responsibilities

• Manage and work with a wide range of pharmaceutical products, including GSL (General Sales List) products, medicines, and healthcare consumables.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of government and private tenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Handle import permit applications and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory authorities such as MOH and other governing bodies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and government entities for approvals, registrations, and documentation processes.

• Maintain organized and accurate records related to inventory, permits, regulatory submissions, and supply chain operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, company SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support the product registration process and assist in documentation related to pharmaceutical approvals.
• Use MS Excel and Word for reporting, tracking, and maintaining records efficiently.

Pharmacy Technologist – Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or equivalent)
• UAE MOH License (optional) – candidates with or without a license can apply
• 0–3 years of experience in a hospital, pharmaceutical distribution company, or retail pharmacy (home country experience accepted)
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical brands, manufacturers, and healthcare products
• Familiarity with UAE pharmaceutical regulations, import permits, and tender processes (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Good typing speed and documentation accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn
