The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a premium dining environment. Candidates with experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, and high-end F&B operations will be preferred.

Job Overview

The Restaurant Manager will lead front-of-house operations while ensuring efficient coordination between service, kitchen, and support teams. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain brand standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

This position involves overseeing restaurant staff, improving service quality, maintaining operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, supervisors, and service assistants.
  • Ensure the restaurant maintains luxury hospitality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service delivery.

Customer Experience & Guest Relations

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and guest engagement to maintain a premium dining experience.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  • Ensure guests receive personalized service in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements.

Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant team members.
  • Conduct staff training programs on service standards, product knowledge, and hospitality etiquette.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure optimal workforce allocation.
  • Motivate and develop team members to maintain high performance.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to boost revenue.
  • Promote upselling and cross-selling techniques among service staff.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Quality & Service Standards

  • Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards and operational procedures.
  • Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
  • Ensure restaurant facilities, equipment, and dining areas remain clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain operational excellence.

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor restaurant inventory levels including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Work with procurement teams to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance summaries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, or Hospitality Manager in luxury restaurants or fine dining establishments.
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage operations and luxury hospitality management.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to drive sales performance and improve restaurant profitability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management systems and POS software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Management.
