Job Responsibilities
1. AI & Machine Learning Development
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning algorithms and AI models tailored to solve complex business challenges in the automobile sector.
- Build predictive analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and performance optimization.
- Ensure AI systems are robust, secure, and production-ready.
2. Data Processing & Feature Engineering
- Perform advanced data preprocessing, cleansing, and transformation to improve model accuracy.
- Conduct feature engineering based on automotive datasets and business-specific variables.
- Optimize data pipelines to support high-performance AI applications.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, IT, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives aligned with digital transformation strategies in the UAE automotive market.
4. AI Tools, Frameworks & Innovation
- Evaluate and implement modern AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based machine learning platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Ensure best practices in model governance, scalability, and performance monitoring.
Job Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models and machine learning applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for ML deployment.

- TensorFlow Developer Certification
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
- Other relevant AI and Data Science certifications
