Restaurant Manager – Dubai

Job Summary & Qualifications:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage and train staff, ensure excellent customer service, control inventory and costs, and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, sound knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in UAE restaurant operations is an advantage.

Cloud Kitchen Manager – Dubai

Job Summary & Qualifications:
The Cloud Kitchen Manager will manage end-to-end cloud kitchen operations, coordinate with food delivery platforms, ensure order accuracy and quality, control food cost and wastage, and lead kitchen staff productivity. Candidates must have hands-on experience in cloud kitchen or QSR operations, strong understanding of delivery platforms, excellent people-management skills, and the ability to handle high-volume production. UAE experience is preferred.

Production Manager – Central Kitchen / F&B Production – Dubai

Job Summary & Qualifications:
The Production Manager will plan and manage daily food production, ensure consistent quality and portion control, supervise production teams, minimize wastage, and maintain HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards. The role requires proven experience in central kitchen or food production operations, strong leadership and planning skills, thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to manage large-scale production. Experience in the UAE food industry is an added advantage.
