Responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling, training and mentoring team members, ensuring smooth service during peak hours, handling customer concerns professionally, and supporting inventory and cost control. Waiter / Waitress
Waiters and Waitresses play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring cleanliness and table presentation standards are met.
