Al Baik UAE is looking for energetic, dedicated, and customer-focused Team Members to join their Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Prepare and serve food products according to company recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining, kitchen, and food preparation areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory and supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Support restaurant opening, closing, and daily operational activities.
- Ensure customer complaints and inquiries are handled professionally and promptly.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B), Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Fast Food, Restaurant, Café, or Hospitality Industry is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Willingness to relocate and work across different Emirates within the UAE.
