Physiotherapy Specialist to join a advanced Smart Clinic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected Physiitherapisy will play a key clinical role in delivering comprehensive general and specialized physiotherapy services within a modern healthcare environment.

This position is ideal for a dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based rehabilitation, personalized treatment planning, and holistic care approaches. The primary objective of this role is to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients experiencing physical injuries, post-surgical conditions, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal issues, and disabilities, helping them regain optimal mobility, function, and quality of life.

The physiotherapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care and continuous rehabilitation support.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment and Clinical Diagnosis

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to evaluate patient mobility, physical limitations, functional abilities, and pain levels.
  • Identify musculoskeletal, neurological, and physical impairments through clinical evaluation and diagnostic techniques.
  • Develop accurate patient profiles to support effective treatment planning.

Treatment Planning and Rehabilitation Management

  • Design and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient conditions and clinical assessment results.
  • Apply evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation protocols to enhance recovery.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall mobility.
  • Continuously review and modify treatment plans according to patient progress and clinical response.

Progress Monitoring and Outcome Evaluation

  • Regularly monitor patient progress and document improvements in mobility, strength, and functional independence.
  • Adjust rehabilitation strategies to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Communicate treatment progress and updates clearly with patients and their families.

Patient Education and Health Awareness

  • Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and self-management practices.
  • Empower patients with knowledge to support long-term recovery and prevent recurrence of injuries.
  • Provide clear guidance on home-based rehabilitation programs and lifestyle modifications.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to coordinated treatment planning.

Documentation and Clinical Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic standards, and documentation protocols.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professional integrity in all patient records.

Professional Growth and Development

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy, rehabilitation techniques, and healthcare technologies.
  • Participate in continuous professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Apply updated clinical knowledge to improve patient care quality and treatment outcomes.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions and their impact on functional movement.
  • Expertise in physiotherapy assessment techniques and development of individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience in applying evidence-based rehabilitation interventions and therapeutic modalities.

Education and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
