SEHA is recruiting a physiotherapist for Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1–3 years of clinical experience to work in a multidisciplinary hospital environment known for delivering high-quality patient care in the UAE
Responsibilities
As a licensed Physiotherapist in UAE, you will play a vital role in patient rehabilitation and recovery by delivering evidence-based physiotherapy treatments. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Performing therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists
- Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and international healthcare protocols
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this Physiotherapy job in Abu Dhabi, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from a recognized institution
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or clinical setting
- Valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, physiotherapy modalities, and patient care standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with a patient-centered approach
