As an F&B Supervisor (Offshore), you will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, managing service teams, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with company and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service operations offshore
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP, GMP)
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service delivery to meet company standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain productivity
- Maintain proper documentation, inventory records, and daily reports
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams for smooth operations offshore
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor, preferably in offshore, catering, or hospitality environments
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- PIC (Person-in-Charge) Certification will be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
