A leading Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center in Dubai is seeking a Sports Physiotherapist with expertise in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, and Post-Operative Recovery Programs. Our center is recognized for delivering evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, advanced rehabilitation services, and exceptional patient care to athletes, active individuals, and patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.

We are looking for a passionate healthcare professional who is committed to helping patients achieve optimal physical performance, pain relief, injury prevention, and long-term recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience managing a diverse caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and orthopedic conditions.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of MSK conditions affecting the neck, spine, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, and other joints.
  • Provide evidence-based manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercises.
  • Design and implement sports injury rehabilitation programs to facilitate safe and effective return-to-sport outcomes.
  • Manage acute and chronic pain conditions using advanced physiotherapy treatment approaches.
  • Deliver post-operative rehabilitation programs for orthopedic and sports surgery patients.
  • Prescribe and monitor individualized exercise programs focused on strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and functional recovery.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, ergonomics, and self-management strategies.
  • Utilize active rehabilitation techniques to improve functional movement patterns and physical performance.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular reassessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress reports in compliance with DHA regulations and clinic standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including orthopedic specialists, sports medicine physicians, and rehabilitation teams.
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation techniques.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation settings.

    • Neck and Spine Rehabilitation

  • Proven ability to manage an independent patient caseload effectively.
  • Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and patient communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Immediate availability to join will be highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with athletes and sports teams.
  • Knowledge of sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs.
  • Certification in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Sports Physiotherapy, or related specialties is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based rehabilitation protocols and modern physiotherapy technologies.
  • Strong commitment to continuing professional development and patient-centered care.
