A leading rehabilitation hospital and multidisciplinary healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking Physiotherapists to join its expanding rehabilitation and therapy services team.
This opportunity is suitable for qualified physiotherapists with experience in neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal therapy, orthopedic recovery, and comprehensive patient rehabilitation programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with rehabilitation physicians, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for inpatient and outpatient patients.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Treatment
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for patients with:
- Neurological conditions
- Stroke and spinal rehabilitation needs
- Musculoskeletal injuries and disorders
- Orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation requirements
- Chronic pain and mobility limitations
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs.
- Implement rehabilitation programs focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, independence, and functional outcomes.
Physiotherapy Interventions
- Provide:
- Manual therapy techniques
- Exercise-based rehabilitation programs
- Functional mobility training
- Gait analysis and gait re-education
- Balance and coordination therapy
- Strengthening and conditioning exercises
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term recovery strategies.
Clinical Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas are highly preferred:
- Neurological rehabilitation

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience preferred.
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, neuro physiotherapy, or hospital settings is highly desirable.
- DOH Abu Dhabi eligibility or active UAE healthcare license preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
