Physiotherapist wanted at Jumeriah, Dubai for a leading Healthcare and Clinics Management.
As a professional Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in improving patients’ mobility, reducing pain, and supporting overall physical rehabilitation. You will work closely with patients of all age groups, helping them recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, movement limitations, posture, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
- Perform a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, electrotherapy, stretching, strengthening, and rehabilitation exercises
- Provide specialized care for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment programs to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, posture correction, ergonomic practices, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and treatment documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and DHA healthcare guidelines
- Use modern physiotherapy equipment and techniques to deliver evidence-based treatment solutions
- Support patients with chronic pain management and long-term rehabilitation goals
- Provide guidance and motivation to help patients stay committed to their recovery journey
Physiotherapist Qualifications (Dubai, UAE)
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy, or a related healthcare field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter to practice as a Physiotherapist in Dubai
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or physiotherapy clinic
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation techniques, and physiotherapy modalities
- Hands-on experience with manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and pain management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to create customized treatment plans and track measurable patient outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patients and maintain detailed records
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest physiotherapy practices and technologies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sports rehabilitation, pediatric physiotherapy, or geriatric care
- Familiarity with advanced physiotherapy equipment and digital health systems
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, or other languages) are a plus in the UAE healthcare sector.
