DHA-licensed Physiotherapist wanted at leading Home care and Rehab services in Dubai with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join a growing home healthcare team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a dedicated healthcare professional who is passionate about providing personalized physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation services in patients’ homes.
As a Home Care Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing customized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient progress to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and patient evaluations in home care settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions, medical history, and rehabilitation goals.
- Administer TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) therapy and other physiotherapy modalities as required.
- Design and supervise guided home exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
- Provide pain management treatments and rehabilitation support for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, neurological conditions, or chronic musculoskeletal disorders.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs according to clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit monthly treatment plans and patient progress evaluations.
- Conduct daily physiotherapy sessions while ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
- Educate patients and family members on exercises, injury prevention, posture correction, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow all healthcare regulations, ethical guidelines, and home care service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or a related healthcare discipline.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 4 years of clinical physiotherapy experience.
- Experience in home healthcare, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, clinics, or community healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy techniques.
- Excellent patient assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
