MCQA Arabic Generalist

MCQA Arabic Generalist wanted to work remotely to contribute to the development and evaluation of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. Remote job and work-from-home opportunity to create high-quality, original multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in Arabic covering a wide range of general knowledge topics.

This role involves designing exam-style questions, preparing answer options, and providing detailed explanations to support AI model training and evaluation. Candidates should have strong research abilities, excellent Arabic language skills, and the ability to produce accurate, well-structured educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original general knowledge multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in Arabic for AI evaluation datasets.
• Develop questions across different knowledge areas, including but not limited to:
  • History
  • Geography
  • Science
  • Culture
  • Literature
  • Technology
  • Current affairs
  • General education topics
• Prepare 10 answer choices for each question with one correct answer and plausible distractors.
• Provide detailed worked solutions explaining the correct answer and reasoning.
• Ensure questions meet quality standards for accuracy, clarity, difficulty level, and educational value.
• Review and improve generated content based on project guidelines and feedback.
• Maintain consistency in Arabic language quality, grammar, and terminology.
• Support AI model training by creating diverse and challenging evaluation materials.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master’s degree or PhD in any relevant field preferred.
• 2–6 years of professional experience in education, research, content development, writing, translation, academia, or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in Arabic language with excellent writing skills.
• Must be educated in or currently based in an Arabic-speaking country.
• Strong knowledge of general topics and ability to conduct independent research.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating educational content, exam questions, or assessment materials.
• Background in academic research, teaching, publishing, or language-related projects.
• Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or evaluation projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
