Hunter Foods is looking for a Front Office Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage daily front office operations and provide administrative support. This role is ideal for professionals with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients while maintaining a professional reception area.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, conference rooms, and appointments.
- Maintain visitor logs, office records, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Support daily office administration and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and provide administrative assistance when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
