Biotechnologist Intern to join team in Dubai, UAE. This internship is ideal for biotechnology students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in regulatory documentation, data management, and compliance processes within a global biotechnology environment.

This role provides strong exposure to regulatory affairs support, quality documentation, and biotechnology data systems, making it an excellent starting point for careers in Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Biotechnologist Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, organizing, and reviewing biotechnology-related regulatory and technical documents as requested by global teams
  • Supporting regulatory documentation activities by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data
  • Maintaining and updating Excel-based tracking sheets for regulatory and biotechnology documentation
  • Ensuring documents are properly labeled, structured, archived, and stored in accordance with internal regulatory and quality requirements
  • Coordinating with internal departments to follow up on pending or missing biotechnology documentation
  • Assisting with administrative and compliance-related tasks supporting regulatory and quality systems
  • Contributing to data validation, cleanup, and standardization for implementation of new regulatory or biotechnology data systems
  • Supporting initiatives aimed at improving data integrity, traceability, and documentation quality

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail with fast and accurate typing skills
  • Good command of English language (written and verbal)
