A pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, is looking for an experienced Pharmacist Coordinator to support pharmaceutical production and packaging operations. The Pharmacist should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production coordination, GMP compliance, and SAP-based documentation. This role requires close collaboration with Production, QA/QC, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and product quality.

Key Responsibilities -Pharmacist
- Coordinate daily pharmaceutical production and packaging schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing plans.
- Monitor production activities to maximize efficiency while maintaining product quality.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain batch manufacturing records, batch packaging records, and production documentation.
- Pharmacist Use SAP for production entries, material movements, inventory transactions, and documentation tracking.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, and Production departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Verify production documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Support production planning and scheduling activities to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with warehouse personnel for uninterrupted production.
- Assist during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality reviews.
- Identify production issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure proper documentation control and record retention in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Promote workplace safety and compliance with company health, safety, and quality policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- 3–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, pharmaceutical packaging, or manufacturing coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience handling batch records, production documentation, and manufacturing workflows.
- Hands-on experience using SAP for production transactions and documentation.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical packaging processes and production operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
