Key Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop scalable machine learning frameworks that power advanced trading systems.
- Build infrastructure supporting the firm’s next-generation AI and ML platforms.

- Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize large foundation models and generative AI systems.
- Execute large-scale distributed training across multi-GPU environments.
- Conduct comprehensive model evaluation, benchmarking, validation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers across multiple global offices.
- Research and implement cutting-edge architectures across:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Improve computational efficiency through performance optimization and parallel computing techniques.
- Build robust, production-grade Python software for research and live trading applications.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience working with Large Foundation Models or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in:
