Physiotherapist to join a home healthcare team in Dubai. Physiotherapist will provide professional physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, manage pain, recover from injuries, and enhance overall physical function.

The role requires excellent clinical skills, patient-focused care, and the ability to develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on individual patient needs. The physiotherapist will work closely with patients, caregivers, doctors, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities -Physiotherapist

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility levels, strength, flexibility, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient conditions and recovery goals.
  • Provide physiotherapy sessions at patients’ homes while maintaining professional standards of care.
  • Perform therapeutic exercises, mobility training, rehabilitation techniques, and pain management interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans according to clinical improvements or changing needs.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records, treatment notes, progress reports, and documentation as per healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver care with professionalism and empathy.

Physiotherapist – Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant physiotherapy experience.
  • Previous experience in home healthcare or home care physiotherapy services is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient care practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage patient appointments effectively.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong clinical judgment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with elderly patients, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological cases, orthopedic conditions, and mobility-related challenges.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
