Nursery Teacher – Early Years Education

Nursery Teacherfor Dubai Location to join a early childhood education team at multiple locations across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to nurturing young children in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment while supporting their physical, emotional, social, and educational development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Early Years / Preschool Teachers who are committed to delivering high-quality childcare and early education in a professional nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Teacher

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that support children’s learning and development across all EYFS areas.
• Ensure the health, safety, welfare, and security of all children at all times within the nursery premises.
• Facilitate children’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development through structured and free-play activities.
• Promote independent learning, creativity, and curiosity in a nurturing classroom environment.
• Encourage inclusion, acceptance, and diversity, adapting activities to meet the individual needs of all children.
• Observe, monitor, assess, and record children’s progress using Learning and Development Profile Books.
• Conduct regular developmental assessments and contribute to progress reports for parents and management.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to attendance, assessments, behavior, and learning outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and management to maintain high educational standards.
• Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and Dubai early childhood education regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursery management.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, accompanied by a certified vocational qualification in early childhood care and education (Level III)
  OR
• High School Diploma with a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) certified vocational qualification in early childhood care and education and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in childcare or early education.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience working with nursery or preschool-aged children.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Excellent classroom management and child engagement skills.
• Ability to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.

Language & Location

• Native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Candidates currently residing in Dubai or planning to relocate to Dubai are strongly preferred.
