Job Position: Sales Associate – Perfume Retail
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting perfumes and fragrance products based on their preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain fragrance notes, longevity, and brand details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated with new perfume launches and fragrance trends in the UAE market.
Candidate Requirements (Female Candidates Only)
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable appearance with a confident personality.
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
