Job Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager – QSR, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with brand standards and UAE food safety regulations.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in line with company SOPs and QSR best practices
- Ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve operational and sales targets
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans
- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture
Sales & Financial Performance
- Monitor and manage P&L statements
- Control food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses
- Implement local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and revenue growth
- Achieve monthly sales targets and profitability goals
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, UAE food safety regulations, and municipality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
- Implement strict hygiene and sanitation practices
Customer Experience Excellence
- Deliver outstanding guest satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain brand image and service excellence standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food chain
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Experience managing P&L statements and KPI-driven performance metrics
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and UAE regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
