Key Responsibilities of the QHSE Officer
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Deliver safety training and awareness sessions to employees
- Support continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental practices
- Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation and reports
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
QHSE Officer Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in QHSE roles
- NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk management, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to enforce workplace safety policies effectively
