Property Consultant in Dubai
As a Property Consultant specializing in off-plan property sales in Dubai, you will be responsible for assisting international clients, particularly Spanish investors, in purchasing high-return investment properties in prime Dubai locations.
You will guide clients through the entire property buying process — from consultation and property selection to negotiation and deal closure — ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales leads from Spain and local Dubai markets
- Promote and sell off-plan properties in Dubai from leading developers
- Conduct property consultations and investment advisory sessions
- Arrange property viewings (virtual and physical).
- Handle qualified leads from Spanish investors interested in Dubai properties
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client investment goals and budgets
- Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture prospects and close sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors
- Off-Plan Property Sales
- Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers
- Present investment opportunities, ROI projections, and payment plans
- Explain project features, amenities, handover timelines, and developer reputation
- Guide clients through reservation, booking, and contract signing processes
- Market Knowledge & Advisory
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and new project launches
- Advise clients on high-growth areas, capital appreciation potential, and rental yield opportunities
- Provide professional investment guidance aligned with client objectives
- Property Viewings & Presentations
- Arrange physical and virtual property presentations
- Conduct site visits and project tours
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to international investors
- Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and special offers with developers
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams
- Ensure smooth transaction processing until final deal closure
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations
- Follow RERA guidelines and ethical sales practices
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and documentation target Achievement & Reporting
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide performance reports to management
- Continuously improve closing ratios and sales conversion rates
- Build strong client relationships with international investors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, pricing, and regulations
- Coordinate with developers, legal advisors, and mortgage consultants
- Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant graduation
- We are looking for ambitious and sales-oriented real estate professionals who are ready to grow with an expanding international brokerage.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales
- Currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle international property investors
- RERA license preferred (not mandatory)
- Valid UAE driving license
